Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
• Experience or training in statistical process analysis.
• Ability to understand, communicate and create technical manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch activities.
• Create and maintain project documentation and sign-off packages.
• Coordinate costing and analysis, input data into eQMS and JDE for planning.
• Define product specifications, materials, and manufacturing routes.
• Set up items and BOM, ensure proper data management with the team.
• Oversee QA and sample management, issue resolution and documentation.
