Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida Inc. is seeking a Contract Logistics Coordinator to ensure the accurate execution of contractual and logistical requirements in outbound production.

You will assign CLINs, coordinate transportation, and manage required documentation while liaising with internal teams and external subcontractors. The role involves coordinating off-site processing, tracking shipments to customer depots, and maintaining auditable records to support compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, contract management, or order fulfillment.
• Preferably experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Contract Compliance and CLIN Management: Assign CLINs to outbound orders and verify alignment with DOs.
• Coordinate material movement with subcontractors and external processing partners.
• End-to-End Logistics Management: Plan logistics from production to depot delivery.
• Documentation and Record Control: Maintain shipping files, PODs, and contract docs.
• Communication and Issue Resolution: Point of contact for contract inquiries and escalation.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with carriers and subcontractors; resolve capacity bottlenecks.
