CV Engineering is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead procurement activities for major industrial capital projects. You will own assigned packages from bidder development through negotiation, award, expediting, and delivery, coordinating with project teams and vendors to keep costs and schedules on track.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of procurement experience on industrial capital projects.
• Experience managing full lifecycle from RFQ to delivery.
• Experience with equipment, materials, and international shipments.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and procurement registers skills.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement packages from sourcing through award, delivery, and closeout.
• Develop bidder lists and issue RFQs per project procedures.
• Coordinate technical bid evaluations with project engineers and prepare evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, delivery requirements, and terms with vendors.
• Prepare award recommendations for client review and issue purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement documentation, budgets, schedules, and supplier data.
• Track shipments globally, including freight forwarding and customs.
• Provide weekly procurement reporting and flag cost/schedule risks.
