Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Indirect Services. You will run end-to-end sourcing events, analyze spend and supplier markets, and support global category strategies.

The role collaborates with category managers, regional teams, and business stakeholders to optimize value and compliance. The position offers hands-on execution with a development path toward category ownership, focusing on structured sourcing processes, supplier base mastery, and

Qualifications

3–6 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
Experience running competitive sourcing events with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel for spend analysis and modeling.
Comfort presenting recommendations to stakeholders and working with Legal on contracts.

Responsibilities

Run end-to-end sourcing events for assigned subcategories, including RFI/RFP/RFQ design and evaluation.
Conduct spend analysis and market research; produce actionable recommendations.
Support global category strategies with subcategory insights and supplier landscape tracking.
Lead negotiations for lower‑complexity agreements and renewals; assist with larger deals.
Serve as procurement point of contact for stakeholders and manage supplier onboarding and records.
Maintain contract, supplier, and pipeline records; support scorecards and reporting.
Identify process improvements and contribute to playbooks and templates.
