Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC is seeking a Global Category Leader, Indirect Services, to own enterprise category strategy for HR, Professional Services, and Facilities. You will lead a team of Category Managers, drive multi‑year strategies, and negotiate high‑value agreements globally while enabling regional procurement teams to execute consistently.

You will influence senior leaders, collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Risk, and deliver cost and value improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Leadership experience with category managers or senior sourcing professionals.
• Experience owning global or multi-region category strategy, with large, complex services negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Category Managers and set objectives.
• Own multi-year global category strategies for HR, Professional Services, and Facilities.
• Define target supplier landscape and make-or-buy input for categories.
• Direct global and multi-region sourcing events and lead major negotiations.
• Equip regional teams with strategy, playbooks, and negotiation levers.
• Build trusted relationships with global leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Manage executive-level relationships and governance with strategic suppliers.
• Report on opportunities, risks, and market developments to leadership.
