Sweat Pants Agency LLC is hiring a remote marketer who can own a handful of DTC accounts end to end. You will act as the client’s direct point of contact, write updates, run calls, and defend decisions with ownership over results.

You’ll be the creative strategist—researching, drafting briefs, and directing editors and designers. You’ll build landing pages and ship creative, testing them live on subdomains before touching client Shopify themes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing DTC/eCommerce ad accounts with real spend.
• Strong written and spoken English for direct response.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own 4 to 6 DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, creative lead, and client contact.
• Manage the client relationship; present results and defend decisions.
• Lead research before ads: mine reviews, comments, tickets, and forums for angles; pull competitor ad libraries.
• Write briefs and scripts; direct editors and designers; maintain quality bar.
• Ship creative on a cadence: 8–10 new ad launches per week in batches.
• Build and test landing pages (advertorials, comparison pages, PDPs) in Claude Code and deploy to Vercel.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, landing page, checkout) and fix them.
• Report on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS and defend attribution viewpoints.
