Qualifications

• Proven Transfer Pricing results, ideally seasoned in Greensboro, NC.
• 3+ years of Liquidity Management reps, not just exposure.
• Curiosity about why Entertainment Solutions Inc customers do what they do.
• Working knowledge of Change Management alongside transferable IFRS chops.
• The integrity to flag your own mistakes first.
• Roughly 4+ years operating in a similar External Auditor position.
• Solid understanding of finance best practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Forecast headcount costs and partner with HR on compensation planning.
• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions.
• Own the tax provision and the footnotes that explain it.
• Convert a messy chart of accounts into something a newcomer can read.
• Coach mid-level analysts on how a clean reconciliation should feel.
• Keep deferred revenue schedules airtight as contracts renew.
• Reconcile payroll liabilities so the NC filings never bounce.
• Build variance commentary executives actually read top to bottom.
