DataFlow Systems in Sparks is seeking an External Auditor to join its growing finance team. The role offers a substantial salary and the opportunity to take on real responsibility from day one.

You will drive grant reporting, oversee the accounts payable cycle, streamline month-end close, manage treasury operations, and defend budget assumptions. CPA and CMA credentials are highly regarded, with a fast path to greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with CPA and CMA certifications is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation to leadership is required.
• Networking ability in Sparks area is advantageous.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant reporting to funders.
• Review contracts and invoices before payment.
• Own the accounts-payable cycle from intake to disbursement.
• Streamline month-end close to shorten reporting cycles.
• Build and defend the grant budget line.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Track grant funding and compliance reporting.
• Forecast tax payments to avoid penalties.
