Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead for the Google Cloud Customer Experience domain in New York. You’ll own delivery from solution shaping through go-live, guiding a dedicated engineering team, and ensuring outcomes transform how clients engage with their customers.

You’ll partner with clients directly, shaping delivery, managing constraints, and driving execution from day one. Travel 25%–100% may be required across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• 7+ years owning client engagements from design through go-live.
• 5+ years architecting and delivering Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms and CX architecture.
• 5+ years experience leading distributed global teams and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end from solution shaping to go-live; single client accountability.
• Design delivery approach, define plan, structure the team, and set cadence.
• Provide technical advisory on offerings, implementation, and Google Cloud services.
• Lead client communications, manage expectations, and drive real-time decision making.
• Mobilize delivery, stand up team, and drive fast, proven capabilities.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery leadership; remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Establish delivery governance and track progress to ensure measurable client value.
