Job summary

Doing Things is seeking a creative producer to lead Juicebox Jury from concept to publish. You will write and develop episode creative, direct shoot days, manage brand partnership integrations, and oversee edits through to publish on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years producing social-first video content for media/brands/creators
• Producing and directing skills including talent direction
• Experience with brand partnerships, from ideation through post-production
• Strong post-production management and timeline oversight
• Familiarity with Frame.io, Asana, and social publishing tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with child talent and platform safety awareness
• Comfort in a fast-paced media environment and trending content
• Video editing experience is a plus, Adobe Premiere preferred

Responsibilities

• Write and develop all creative for the series, including episode concepts and interview questions
• Manage casting: review interviews and approve selections
• Set and maintain shoot schedule and lock in crew and casting
• Maintain show organization: folders, props lists, production trackers
• Lead weekly production meetings with location, crew, casting, and updates
• Balance client asks with editorial integrity per playbook
• Direct and field-produce shoot days, oversee set build, lighting, framing
• Manage on-set props, cue cards, attire, and audio quality
• Oversee post-production: posting schedule and editor assignments
• Give final creative sign-off on edits and manage revisions to approval
• Track post-publish performance to inform future content
