Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Project Manager for our Charleston team. The role involves hands-on management across the full development lifecycle, including site selection, acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, construction, and completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2-5 years of commercial real estate development, brokerage, site selection, or related project management experience.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and development processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to read site plans and construction documents.
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 20%).

Responsibilities

Evaluate sites using demographic, traffic, zoning, and market data.
Prepare feasibility studies, site concepts, and project recommendations.
Negotiate LOIs and coordinate contracts with property owners and brokers.
Coordinate environmental, survey, geotechnical, and other due diligence.
Work with architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and retail clients.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, construction, and milestones.
Identify new development opportunities throughout the Southeast.
