Job summary

Regions is seeking a Syndications Fulfillment Manager in the Corporate Banking Group to own end‑to‑end closing, funding, and booking of complex credit facilities. You will collaborate with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal and external counsel to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance, handing off smoothly to life‑of‑loan servicing.

Based out of Hoover, AL or Atlanta, GA, this exempt role demands 8+ years in commercial/syndicated loan closing, strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns end‑to‑end closing, funding, and booking of complex credit facilities.
• Coordinate with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal and external counsel.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a clean handoff to life‑of‑loan servicing.
• Monitor and improve control metrics, risk, and cycle times.
• Provide guidance and training to Fulfillment specialists and analysts.
