Qualifications

• Experience serving as a trusted business advisor to internal stakeholders, with strong oral communication to obtain information and present recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and diverse audiences, and to produce procurement documents that are concise and clear.
• Experience with cradle-to-grave contracting, knowledge of FAR/DOSAR, and familiarity with INL/USAID programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cradle‑to‑grave contracting activities for INL's third‑party contracts portfolio.
• Serve as a business advisor by guiding program staff and training on procurement packages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders; administer post‑award contract functions and modifications.
