Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management or construction management.
• Proven ability to support and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience in estimating, budgeting, and bid processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects in partnership with the project superintendent.
• Prepare and lead project-related meetings.
• Create and maintain detailed project construction schedules.
• Review and approve project invoices weekly.
• Proactively identify project risks and challenges.
