Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-sales handoff through commissioning and closeout. You will apply formal project management methodologies to ensure quality, schedule, and financial targets, while coordinating cross-functional teams across order management, manufacturing, logistics, field service, and contractors.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resources, maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering stakeholder

Qualifications

Must have 3–5+ years of construction project management experience.
Experience managing construction, electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
Knowledge of construction processes and contractor coordination.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from pre-sales through commissioning and closeout.
Use formal PM methodologies and tools to hit quality, schedule, and financial targets.
Develop project resource plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with order management, manufacturing, logistics, field service, contractors, and warranty teams.
Monitor schedules, risks, budgets, and scope; identify and resolve issues.
