Frontline Insurance is seeking a Commercial Field Adjuster to manage end-to-end claim handling, conduct inspections, and determine coverage and claim value. The role involves on-site work, travel to properties, and coordinating with insureds and experts as needed.

The position requires a four-year college degree (preferred) and prior insurance experience; strong analytical skills, safety-aware ladder work, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred; prior insurance experience with an insurance carrier or agency.

Responsibilities

• Handle the adjusting of the entire claim from start to finish, including collecting and reviewing loss facts and issuing payments within authority.
• Contact insureds to schedule inspections, travel to properties, and conduct timely inspections of damaged property.
• Access and inspect all areas of a dwelling or structure, including roofs and tight spaces; climb ladders safely for roof inspections.
• Photograph, sketch, and scope damages; document investigative actions in the claim file.
• Review policy coverage, determine the extent of coverage, and make coverage recommendations.
• Determine the total value of the claim and disburse checks/payments within authority; provide timely updates to insureds.
