Job summary

Citi Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Client Cards Onboarding professional to lead end-to-end onboarding for complex card deals. You will coordinate across Sales, Product, Technology, Client Operations, Risk and Legal, acting as the main client contact and driving timely delivery.

The role requires 7–12 years of experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proactive approach to coaching newer team members. PMI certification is a plus and international exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in a senior onboarding / client onboarding role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach/train new recruits.
• PMI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of complex client deals in card services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Technology, Risk and Legal.
• Serve as single point of contact for the client and internal partners; manage expectations.
