Swing Education is seeking a Product Engineer to own problems end to end, collaborating directly with Product, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to ship software from first conversation to live features. You’ll build full‑stack solutions for schools, substitutes, and the marketplace operations, with AI at the core of how you work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or equivalent hands-on product building, shipping real products.
• AI-native workflow with tools like Claude Code, n8n, and related automation experience.
• Ability to define requirements, set scope, and ship without heavy PM handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features across the stack for schools and substitutes.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to ship software.
• Turn ambiguous problems into working software using AI-powered workflows.
