Swing Education is hiring a Product Engineer to build end-to-end software that supports schools and substitute teachers. You will work across the stack, collaborating with Product, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to turn ideas into shipped features.

AI-native tooling will be central to your workflow, enabling faster delivery and impact. You will own problems from first conversation to production, turning ambiguity into working software and automating operations where possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or equivalent hands-on product building.
• Shipped real products that customers use.
• AI-native tooling is central to workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features for school admins and substitute teachers.
• Own problems end-to-end from concept to shipped software.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Success, Sales and Finance during US business hours.
• Automate repetitive workflows using software and AI agents.
