Job Description
The End Point Technician is responsible for basic installation and troubleshooting of personal computer hardware and software within a LAN/WAN environment. Responsibilities include daily administration, setup, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery.

In support of pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $18.70 to $32.86 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, licensure, certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.
