Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. seeks a skilled end line supervisor to coordinate the personnel, maintenance, and operations of the end line to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals, supervise training, staffing, and required maintenance, and ensure efficient production.

You will monitor PM data, manage changeovers and plant shutdowns, develop and update SOPs and JSAs, control parts inventory, attend production meetings, and collaborate with suppliers to leverage new technologies while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in operation, maintenance and overhaul of end line equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors, contractors and staff.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end line personnel and maintenance to meet safety, quality, productivity goals.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs of end line machinery and equipment.
• Review PM data to guide changeovers, maintenance days, overhauls and shutdowns.
