Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking an END technologist to perform vital diagnostic tests under the supervision of a Neurologist. You will be responsible for attaching electrodes to patients’ heads to measure brain activities.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, with certification in Neuro-Diagnostic Testing preferred. This role requires competence in neuro-diagnostic procedures, basic computer knowledge, and an ability to work with patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited END program preferred.
• Registered or certified in Neuro-Diagnostic Testing, or eligible per ABRET.
• Completion of recording, ASET CEUs, and documented EEGs required.
• Must be Certified Registered EEG T. within one year.
• Must demonstrate competence performing neuro-diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Ability to work with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests using instruments to record brain waves.
• Attach electrodes to specific areas of the patient’s head.
• Measure differences in amplitude and frequency of electrical potentials.
