Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a dependable End Dump Truck Driver to join our team in Florida. With a Class A CDL, you will transport aggregate, sand, gravel, and other materials to and from job sites and plants, following DOT regulations and our safety policies.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep accurate logs, and communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. SRM offers home daily routes, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package focused on safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to safety policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly with dispatch, plant staff and customers.
• Team oriented and reliable, adaptable to changing schedules.
• Experience with end dump trucks or similar equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an end dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites and plants.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Load and unload materials using proper procedures.
• Maintain delivery logs and other documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally.
• Assist with routine maintenance and truck cleanliness.
• Adapt to changing routes and schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service on deliveries.
