Qualifications

• 3+ years of Encompass LOS administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, and system configuration.
• Experience supporting multi-branch or multi-state operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Encompass LOS platform, focusing on Encompass Web.
• Lead the transition from Encompass Desktop to Encompass Web.
• Troubleshoot APIs and provide user support.

Skills

Encompass LOS administration experience

Hands-on experience with Encompass Web

Knowledge of workflows and business rules

Understanding of mortgage loan lifecycle

Experience with integrations, APIs, or plugins
