Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing Encompass on the web.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan files and eFolder documents.
• Ability to compare data against source documents accurately.
• Clear reporting of test results and defects in writing.
• Experience testing workflow tasks, business rules, or custom forms in Encompass.
• Prior QA or loan quality control experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify data pushed into Encompass loan fields matches source documents in the eFolder.
• Record pass/fail results for each field on each loan and provide clear feedback on failures.
• Test new screens in EnCompass on the web for appearance and functionality.
• Test web-based workflow tasks to confirm trigger, assign, and completion.
• Log defects with steps to reproduce and re-test after fixes.
