Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as systems administrator for all Retail Lending technologies and loan origination systems.
• Serve as primary liaison to COCC regarding Encompass technology.
• Manage system releases, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Coordinate with Loan Servicing, Accounting, and other departments for data.
• Prepare reports in accordance with Bank Data Governance Standards.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Oversee projects involving new loan products and enhancements.

Our client, a well established community bank in Westborough, Massachusetts, is seeking an Encompass Administrator to support and enhance the technology behind its Retail Lending operation. This role is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys improving processes, supporting users, managing system enhancements, and collaborating across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The position will work closely with Retail Lending leadership to help advance key initiatives, new products, and lending technology capabilities.

What You’ll do...

• Act as the systems administrator for all Retail Lending technologies, applications, integrations, and loan origination systems
• Serve as the primary liaison to COCC regarding Encompass technology
• Fully leverage lending systems to maximize efficiency and support regulatory compliance
• Investigate and recommend technology solutions for current and future lending operations
• Manage system releases, upgrades, testing efforts, user communications, and implementations
• Analyze and document workflows and recommend process improvements
• Build, test, and implement business rules, custom input forms, workflows, and third party integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues
• Oversee projects involving new loan products, services, and system enhancements
• Participate in departmental planning, goal setting, and strategy development
• Assist in developing and maintaining best practices, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies and Procedures
• Coordinate with Loan Servicing, Accounting, and other departments requiring loan and financial data
• Prepare recurring and special reports in accordance with Bank Data Governance Standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll bring...

• Associate's Degree in business, information systems, or a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience and/or specialized training
• Three or more years of experience in technical administration for residential lending or bank operations
• Working knowledge of and extensive experience with loan origination software
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills

This is a hybrid role based out of Westborough, MA. The salary range is $70,000 - $91,000 depending on skills and experience.
