Job summary

Tri Pointe Connect seeks an Encompass Administrator Manager to lead the administration and governance of the Encompass loan origination system in Scottsdale. You will partner with Mortgage Operations, Production, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, workflows, and integrations.

You will mentor a mortgage technology team, set the roadmap, ensure data integrity, and align with regulatory requirements in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Encompass management in a mortgage lending environment.
• Encompass Administrator Certification (ICE) required.
• Experience with Encompass configuration, workflows, forms, and user administration.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Encompass.
• Guide Encompass resources, prioritizing work and providing technical direction.
• Establish governance for system changes, access, security, and workflows.
• Partner with Mortgage Operations, Production, Compliance, IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Oversee development, testing, documentation, and change management for enhancements.
• Evaluate and support integrations with third‑party platforms and internal apps.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors.
