Qualifikationen

• 3‑10+ years' experience in building enclosure design, review, and assessments.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) credential.
• MS in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Master of Architecture in Building Science/Building Enclosures/ Historic Preservation.
• RRO/RRC/RWC credentials are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects with a team of internal consultants and coordinate with architects and contractors.
• Assist Senior Project Managers with project tasks and prepare technical presentations.
• Perform enclosure reviews for existing and new construction, including repairs and retrofits.
• Write assessment reports and review enclosure details and specifications.
• Perform field investigations, including water leakage and non-destructive testing.
• Model enclosure assemblies using CAD/BIM and performance software.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
