Job summary

Calibre Manufacturing LLC in Marietta, GA is seeking a reliable Production Technician – Encapsulation to operate encapsulation machinery and support the manufacturing and packaging of high‑quality products in a GMP‑compliant facility.

You will set up and run machines, weigh, label and package finished goods, perform quality control checks, maintain documentation, and follow safety standards. This is a full‑time position offering $18‑$20 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., hand scales).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Training in cGMP or production procedures is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate encapsulation machines according to SOPs.
• Monitor and maintain machine performance for optimal efficiency.
• Accurately weigh, package, and label finished products.
• Complete required production documentation with attention to detail.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the process.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize machine bases after production cycles.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform minor machine troubleshooting and tuning.
• Support other production-related duties as needed.
