Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work orders, and production instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.
• PPE required in production areas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate encapsulation machines per schedules and work orders.
• Monitor machine performance to minimize downtime.
• Adjust settings to meet quality targets.
• Perform in-process inspections of capsules (weight, appearance, consistency).
• Clean and maintain encapsulation equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor issues; escalate major repairs.
• Document production logs, batch records, and quality docs.
• Report defects or equipment concerns immediately.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Production teams.
• Assist with training and continuous improvement initiatives.
