Job summary

NexCaps Production in Riviera Beach, US is seeking an Encapsulation Machine Operator II to operate encapsulation systems and produce products per batch records. You will handle non-critical machine components and support GMP-compliant manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of Soft Gel encapsulation experience, can read SOPs, and maintain clean, documented batch records while collaborating with QA and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of Soft Gel Encapsulation experience.
• Able to read and follow SOPs.
• Able to work in compliance with current GMPs.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs related to Soft Gel and Encapsulation equipment.
• Immediately report discrepancies to supervisor before operating Encapsulation equipment.
• Monitor the machine during processing.
• Perform Gelatin and Fill Material changeovers.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues with product or equipment.
• Perform startups and in-process testing according to batch records.
• Clean machines, production rooms, and non-critical components.
• Inspect non-critical parts for damage or wear.
• Document changeovers and batch records with good documentation practices.
• Obtain QA clearance for equipment and GMP rooms.
