Job summary

Inw Group in Ogden, Utah is seeking a warehouse weigh operator to support weighing operations in a humid environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, use gram and kilo scales, and record data accurately on required documents.

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow all forms of instructions and directions, particularly work orders, safety, and company policies.
  • Must understand gram and kilo scales.
  • Must wear personnel protective equipment as needed.
  • Must be able to work in a humid room.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all Solids of measure.
  • Able to lift 30 pounds repeatedly, 50 pounds frequently and 75+ pounds with assistance, on a daily basis.
  • Ability to lift, twist, crawl, reach, grab, bend, stoop, climb, or perform similar activities as needed and stand for long periods.
  • Must understand, speak, read and write English to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead weighing operations and ensure accurate recording of materials and process data.
  • Accurately document materials received, process parameters, product, scrap, and excess on required forms.
  • Follow SOPs, cGMPs, policies, rules and procedures; ensure proper documentation is filed.
  • Maintain proper use, care, and documentation for equipment and materials issued.
  • Seek opportunities to improve current processes and efficiency.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support weigh operations.

Job description

  • Proper use, care, and documentation exists of equipment and materials issued to work area.
  • Follow established policies, rules, regulations, and procedures

  • Verifies that proper documentation is completed accurately, timely, and properly filed.
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve the current processes.
  • All other duties as assigned and needed to lead weighing operations.

Work Conditions
