Job summary

INW: Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness is seeking a weighing operations associate to support production in a humid warehouse environment. You will follow detailed work instructions and SOPs, accurately record materials, and ensure equipment is used and documented properly.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, completing timely paperwork, and seeking continuous process improvements while standing for long periods and lifting weights as required.

Qualifications

• Must comprehend and act on detailed written work instructions.
• Follow all SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Follow all forms of instructions and directions, including work orders, safety, and company policies.
• Understand gram and kilo scales.
• Wear personnel protective equipment as needed.
• Work in a humid room.
• Willing to work overtime as necessary.
• Perform basic arithmetic with solids of measure.
• Lift 30 pounds repeatedly, 50 pounds frequently, and 75+ pounds with assistance.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform related activities.
• Understand, speak, read and write in English.

• Ability to lift, twist, crawl, reach, grab, bend, stoop, climb, or perform similar activities as needed and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English in order to perform the essential functions of the job as they relate to comprehension of laws, regulations, standards, documents and other internal and external communications.

Work Conditions

• Subject to normal warehouse and production environment.
• Subject to high noise levels where hearing protection is required.
• Subject to atmospheric conditions, such as fumes from the machines, odors, powders, dust and other particles.
