Job summary

FITS LLC is seeking a Civil Engineering/Construction PM for maintenance services in the Engineering area. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and preferred PMP/OSHA 30.

You will own the enabling works scope, schedule, and budget, and lead contractor teams through mobilization to handover, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The position involves coordinating with site operations, permits, and environmental requirements, with a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Civil Engineering, or related with at least five years of experience.
• Bilingual English & Spanish.
• PMP and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in: Capital Projects; Project manager on enabling / civils / site-prep scopes >$100M; management track record; permitting environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the enabling works scope baseline, budget, schedule, and risk register.
• Lead the assigned contractor base through mobilization, execution, and demobilization.
• Drive HSE leadership on early site works — high-risk activities including excavation, heavy lifts, temporary services.
• Coordinate interfaces with existing site operations, utilities tie-ins, and PC21 and PC27 build readiness.
• Manage permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory approvals specific to enabling scopes.
• Lead change control, claims management, and contractor performance reviews.
• Deliver a clean handover to the PC21 and PC27 Project Manager and Lead Construction Manager.
