Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years experience in strategic communication, training, or related support functions.
• Proficient with Outlook, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and others to deliver communications and manage content.
• Support calendar, meeting invites, and logistical planning for events and trainings.
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites and Outlook group structures.
• Coordinate third‑party vendor contracts and payments as needed.
