Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in strategic communication, training, and/or support roles.
• Familiarity with software, technology and new communication platforms.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to advance projects with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Outlook, SharePoint and MS Office Suite.
• Strong writing, grammar, and communication background.

Responsibilities

• Support process management, communication and collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Enablement teams.
• Assist with communication outlets such as Weekly Sales Communication and Smucker HUB.
• Coordinate meeting/training logistics and manage third-party vendor contracts and relationships.
• Maintain key processes and calendar-related activities, including quarterly communications.
