Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Enablement Coordinator to support onboarding and adoption of procurement software across multiple communities and regions. You will provide hands-on support during initial buildout and for up to 90 days post-onboarding, troubleshooting and guiding internal stakeholders.

The role requires 1–3 years in onboarding or enablement, knowledge of procurement processes, and the ability to train and assist internal teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Enablement Coordinator is responsible for supporting successful onboarding and adoption of procurement software and processes for new communities, business units, regions, and lines of business. The Coordinator provides hands‑on support during initial buildout and for up to 90 days post‑onboarding, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding & Adoption

• Support successful onboarding and adoption of procurement software and processes for new communities, business units, regions, and lines of business.
• Provide hands‑on support during initial buildout and for up to 90 days post‑onboarding, troubleshooting, and guidance to onboarding communities and internal team members.
• Audit new supplier records for accuracy and completeness and integrate suppliers into the Greystar supplier environment in accordance with procurement standards.
• Assist with onboarding and testing new software and functionality prior to rollout.

Standardization & Compliance

• Identify opportunities to standardize onboarding processes and support compliance through procurement software.
• Strengthen alignment with organizational standards across onboarding engagements.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Assist by partnering closely with Operations and Software Support teams to maintain process integrity throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with PTP to ensure a seamless client experience across the Source-to-Settle lifecycle.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience in client/site/community onboarding, implementation, or training/enablement roles.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes and software adoption practices.
• Experience assisting with training and support delivery to onboarding communities and internal team members.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS

• Ability to assist with training and enablement delivery.
• Customer service orientation toward communities and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple concurrent onboarding engagements.
• Collaborative, cross‑functional mindset.

The hourly range for this position is $22.60 - $26.95.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
