Florida-based Civitek Solutions is seeking a Technical Specialist to manage EMV card readers for the e-Commerce program from Tallahassee. Expect daily system use, collaboration with multiple Civitek departments, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1-3 years working in professional/technical environment using specialized software.
• Must be able to learn new technical programs and adapt to self-paced learning on web and video.
• Strong customer service skills for clients and internal customers.
• Able to think critically and use analytical reasoning.
• Must be PCI compliant.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of EMV machines and entry into the reader management system.
• Daily management of EMV users and roles as defined by the system.
• Interact with Service Desk for problem solving or issue resolution.
• Coordinate changes with the e-commerce work group and change management.
• Inventory control management of the readers.
• Work with contracts/budget to monitor machines, expenses and monthly billings.
• Coordinate with accounting/banking to determine the billing process.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of information and data.
• Performs other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
