Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to assist Paramedics in delivering prompt care in both emergency and non-emergency situations. You will perform CPR, AED, ventilation, and hemorrhage control to stabilize patients and document care during EMS transport.

Responsibilities include operating the ambulance under supervision and ensuring safe transport to medical facilities. Missouri EMT license and BLS within 90 days are required, with schedule including evening to overnight

Qualifications

• Current Missouri EMT License is required.
• MO Class E license required for Missouri residents.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

The EMT is responsible for documenting all aspects of care provided under their direction by EMS services.
