Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit seeks an EMT/Receptionist Security Officer in West Virginia. This floater EMT/security officer position requires a WV EMT certification, a valid WV driver’s license, and strong customer service skills to handle patrols and incidents across sites.

Responsibilities include emergency response, scene assessment, basic rescue and fire suppression, medical care support, and precise reporting to supervisors. Prior security or EMT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold WV EMT certification and be able to meet state licensing requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and professional沟 to interact with visitors.
• Ability to complete patrols and operate security-related technology.
• Familiarity with reporting and logging incidents clearly and accurately.
• Must have a valid WV driver’s license and driver certification.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency scenes including fire, medical, and hazardous situations.
• Arrives on scene, performs scene size-up, and relays information to dispatch and supervisor.
• Performs rescue procedures and fire suppression activities as trained.
• Responds to medical emergencies, assesses patients, and transports to onsite clinic.
• Relays patient information to medical personnel and documents treatments.
• Maintains standard security duties such as escorting visitors and patrolling premises.
