Job summary

Mon EMS, Inc. is seeking a full-time EMT to provide Basic Life Support care in prehospital and interfacility transports in Morgantown, WV.

You will assess patients, implement stabilization plans, and coordinate care with medical direction while ensuring documentation accuracy and equipment readiness. The role requires WV EMT licensure, NREMT registration, BLS for Healthcare Providers, and a valid driver's license; EVOS and EPC certifications are preferred or obtained within defined timeframes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NREMT EMT registration and WV EMT licensure required/obtained within specified timeframe.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• EVOS, EPC, Blood Endorsement and NIMS ICS certifications desired or obtainable within stated timelines.
• Maintain certifications and training to comply with WV EMS and Mon EMS policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide BLS patient care in accordance with WV EMS protocols.
• Perform patient assessment, stabilization, and transport.
• Complete accurate ePCRs and maintain documentation standards.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and vehicle/equipment readiness.
