Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an EMT Security Officer in Houston to join a pre-hospital care team. You will safeguard clients across industries such as CRE, healthcare, education, and government while delivering EMT-level medical support.

Responsibilities include first aid, emergency response, incident reporting, and site patrols. Candidates must hold an EMT license, CPR card, and meet age/education requirements; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• State EMT license and CPR credentials required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• State/local licensing where required; valid driver's license for driving positions.
• Basic computer skills to operate client-site technology and logs.

Responsibilities

• Administer first aid and emergency care; assist with transport to facilities.
• Provide safety procedures and emergency response; support client sites.
• Respond to emergency calls and document actions in logs daily.
• Deliver EMT-level medical care and determine illness/injury severity.
• Complete incident reports and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols; adapt to varying client site conditions.
