Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Current EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of manufacturing areas, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization per site procedures and maintain logs.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and adhere to post orders.
