Qualifications

• EMT certification is required.
• At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in compliance with laws.
• Criminal histories may be considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and reporting access concerns per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and communicate with site contacts and responders.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications to support a professional environment.
