Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time EMT Response Patrol in Tanner, AL. The role provides reliable, fixed shifts with options to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Responsibilities include security procedures, access control, incident response, and regular patrols. EMT certification is required, with driving duties and a focus on safety and customer service within a technology, media, and telecom setting.

Qualifications

• EMT certification required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by enforcing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and document activities and incidents.
• Communicate observations and incident details with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
