Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of EMT modeling and transient studies experience.
• Proficiency with PSCAD, ETAP, EMTP and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EMT models for transmission and generation equipment.
• Lead studies on TRV, Temporary Overvoltage, insulation coordination.
• Perform pre/post energization harmonics investigations.
• Design SSR and SSCI studies to assess risks and mitigations.
• Document findings and prepare client and regulatory reports.
• Support EMT modeling for inverter-based resources (wind/solar/BESS).
• Collaborate with project teams for model validation and scenario analysis.
• Advance internal EMT standards and best practices.
