Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking motivated EMTs and Paramedics to join our team. You will provide basic first aid through life-saving medical care in on-site settings, blending clinical and field duties with independence and teamwork.

This PRN position offers a Monday–Friday 7am–5:30pm schedule and a dynamic work environment focused on worker health and safety. You will respond to emergencies, document assessments, and coordinate with medical facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment to identify risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality care.
• Accurately document patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment.

As a CAREonsite EMT/Paramedic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of workers by providing basic first aid through life-saving medical care. This position offers a dynamic mix of clinical and field work, where you may be part of a team or working independently.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: PRN, Monday - Friday 7am - 5:30pm

What You'll Do:

• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.

• Stay aware of the constantly changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER department or 911 ambulance service).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
