Job summary

The City of Pharr is hiring a Full-Time EMT-Paramedic for an onsite position in Pharr, Texas. You will monitor patients en route to hospital, coordinate with police, fire units and medical staff to deliver rapid, high-quality emergency care.

You will document incidents accurately, stay current with treatment protocols, provide first-aid when needed, and adapt to shift changes while serving the Pharr community with professionalism and compassion.
