Schedule: 12-hour shifts available Sunday-Saturday, from 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am
Job Specific Duties:
In addition to pre hospital duties, the contractor shall provide patient care such as conduct patient registration, triage and screening in the assigned medical facility emergency room in accordance with emergency room protocols and within the scope of Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic training and experience. They shall also assist in cleaning all rooms, storing equipment, and assisting nurses and physicians in care of patients as delegated.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited NREMT program.
License/Certification and Training: Possess and maintain certification as an NREMT, NRAEMT, NRP from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) or applicable state EMT certification. BLS/ACLS/PALS required
Experience: One year of experience as an EMT, NREMT, NRAEMT or NRP after graduation.
Security: Must be a US Citizen and must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
Pay Scale: $33 - $42/hr.
