Job summary

St. Joseph Health in Brazos Valley (Bryan/College Station area) is seeking an EMT to perform essential patient care in an outpatient setting.

You will follow clinic workflows, complete intake, document vital signs, verify allergies and medications, collect specimens, and prepare exam rooms with attention to safety and quality. You will document patient visits, administer ordered meds and vaccines, and escalate non-routine issues.

Qualifications

• EMT with TX license upon hire
• Driver's license valid in TX
• BLS/CPR certification required within 14 days
• High school GED or diploma completed

Responsibilities

• Provide essential general patient care following clinic workflows
• Complete intake duties including vital signs, allergies, and medication review
• Collect specimens, administer medications and vaccines, and prep exam rooms
• Maintain clean, stocked environments and complete safety checklists
• Complete patient care reports (ePCR) and provide patient care reports to facilities
